One of our clients needed to repair the buckle of a bag strap , now split in two. Generally the procedure is as follows: you need to unstitch the shoulder strap and replace the buckle. but, thanks to the wide range of products and accessories we have in stock, we came up with the idea of using a through buckle that is usually used to hook the ends of the bag handles. The through buckle, in this case, has a screw opening system for which it was enough to unscrew it and screw it back in place of the damaged buckle. The pin , that sort of shaped bar that allows the buckle to hook onto the holes in the belt, was recovered from the old buckle but, since this was slightly longer than the new buckle, it was cut, reshaping it slightly to adapt the edge and subsequently abraded and polished in the cut area.
